In a time when Big Tech brands have been under intensifying scrutiny, we partnered with the Google Search team to create a series of short animated films meant to simplify and demystify some of Search’s most complex and confusing features.

The brief for each film was often just a user question Google wanted to answer—like “If Google has all this data about me, what are they doing to keep it safe?” After a lot of research and discussion, a script was meticulously crafted, our designers then developed and illustrated the visual story, and finally our motion team brought the whole thing to life.

Since going live on YouTube, the videos have garnered tens of millions of views—the “How Google keeps you safe on Search” video alone has nearly 39 million.
